Hand whipped love for the skin is all about natural skin care. Our focus is hand crafting rich body butters that give skin amazing benefits to ensure that our customers receive the best moisturizers for healthy skin.
Love for the skin is the miracle that was performed in my life back in 2016.
When my father passed away in 2001 my life changed forever. It was an extremely hard time for me, but by the grace of God and His strength, I thrived, but with rivers of tears.
During that time my mother was heartbroken and beyond devastated at the loss of her dearest and longest living true friend.
At that time I supported my mother sticking by her with every breath God allowed me to take. When her health started to decline I took my mother home and cared for her for five years in my home. I wanted her to feel deeply love and warmly cared for as long as she lived with me.
Caring for my mother meant that I had to put Beauty and the Face, LLC on hold for a brief period of time. My only focus was my mother and my family. I could always relaunch my business at another time and so I put beauty and the face on hold to focus on giving my mother the best around the clock that I could share with her.
After my mother transitioned September 15, 2017 I decided to start to open the door to BATF.
Welcome to the World Beauty and the Face
Starting out I just knew that it was going to be super easy in terms of selling my products. I hired a graphic designer which turned out to be a huge disappointment as she did not do what I asked her to do, but I pressed on with the logo and she presented to me.
I also hired a website designer who went with her own vision and not mine.
Fast forward there are tons of body businesses out there who have surpassed me in many ways. Oftentimes I was ready to throw in the towel with mind, body and soul feeling totally defeated, but because my body butters are beyond amazing I have decided to relaunch and renew my brand. I am taking my time while I focus on getting my logo exactly how I envision it which is simple, yet elegant. I designed the website myself and for now what I have in place shall suffice.
I am not changing any of my body butter formulas just a small part of my branding.
I am super excited about my business ventures. Batf is so dear to my heart because I know the amount of love that gets poured into every jar of my remarkable moisturizers.
I love to see these beautiful products that benefit the skin come to life. They really do heal, smooth and soften skin.
I suffer from excessively dry skin and my powerful body butters work beautifully to hydrate my fibers. Talk about super soft. My skin has never been softer nor been brighter.
I am now in the process of having my logo designed and new vessels will house my recipes.
I am super excited to share the newness of my business.
