How I Cured My Lichen Sclerosus

Eliminating Inflammation from the Body May Help With Lichen Sclerosus

How I Cured My Lichen Sclerosus

Lichen Sclerosus is a chronic skin condition that can debilitate you and keep you from doing the things you love.

It causes white milk-like pus to appear on your private part and make you itch unreal. If you’re dealing with LS here’s some information that may be of help to you.

A cure for Lichen Sclerosus is here. Although it may not be what you want to hear, after reading this post you and your body will get use to the change and you’ll be feeling like a new person.

A dairy free diet maybe the answer to Lichen Sclerosus.

Lichen Sclerosus can be deeply stressful.

When I first discovered this autoimmune disease I had no idea what it was.

You see I was scratching my girly bits for about a month and then it went away quickly.

A year later it returned with no comfort in sight.

I began reading how to stop this terrible itch and found Clobetasol. It worked for a quick minute. It relieved the itch, but then when the itch returned I was digging and scratching like crazy.

I tried Shea butter down there and it worked for about an hour. It was after using the 100% pure Shea Butter that I gave Extra Virgin Olive Oil a try. That didn’t work at all. What in the world was I going to do about this horrific condition that kept me confined to my bed for a short while.

After deep and careful thought I said to myself, I have to fix my inside if I am going to heal myself of this horrendous itch on the outside of my body.

This is how I cured myself of LS. I stopped eating dairy products. Is it helping me? Yes. It has made an enormous difference in how I feel. The itch is not as severe. No, the itch can barely be felt.

Cutting out dairy has helped not just with the itch, but with the inflammation that had taken over my body. Now I sleep better. Before cutting out dairy LS would wake me up every night at 2 a.m. to scratch. It was a nightmare of it’s own kind.

When evening fell I knew the itch was coming. I have not experienced this feeling in a good while.  It’s been about a month since I stopped scratching like I was. I am grateful.

Let me tell you though, that every now and then I sneak a little dairy into my diet, but not everyday. Dairy cutting has been a tremendous help to me. At some point I will let it go completely, but for now let’s just say that I am doing really well with LS. I hope to someday tell you that it has left my body, never to return again.

If you’re dealing with LS I hope my post and info has or will help you in some way if you decide to remove dairy from your diet.

A cure for lichen sclerosus, it doesn’t get any better than knowing that there are several cures for this chronic skin condition.
